Workshops

Workshops offer an opportunity to connect more deeply with the many facets of Yoga, including exploring and experiencing posturework (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) more fully than in a group class.

Endeavouring to be present in the moment we have, we can begin to notice our own capacity, our habitual patterns and perhaps observe a hidden potential waiting at the edges of
