Vitality Yoga

Traditionally, Yoga was taught on a one- to-one basis and indeed certain situations may be best suited to individual programmes of practice.

How often?

A one-to-one lasts approx 60 mins

One-to-ones can be taken as and when to support a group class.

One-to-ones can be short term 6-8 sessions, or longer term to manage a condition or to explore individual potential.

We would schedule an initial, free of charge, 20 minute consultation by phone or in person.  We would discuss the current situation and  personal goal.  The next appointment would be made and then a short personal programme would be devised.  This will then be reviewed weekly until the student is comfortable enough to undertake the practice for 2-4 weeks, when we can review the regularity of tuition.  This could be every 4-6 weeks.

Cost?

£60 for 60 minutes/£90 for 90 minutes

Where?

Close to the centre of Cambridge, with easy access to M11.  Parking available.
