  • Who can practise yoga?

Anyone who is motivated to practise yoga can do so.

  • What do I eat before yoga?

Nothing too heavy before class or tuition for approx. 2hrs

A light snack (eg. banana) is fine.

  • What do I wear for yoga?

Comfortable clothing that allows the body to move and breath, layers to accommodate changes in body and room temperature.

  • I have a disability, can I do yoga?

Yes, yoga is for everyone. A one-to one programme is ideal for you and will align with your individual needs.

  • I’m not good at sport, does that make a difference?

Not at all, Yoga is non competitive and will fit to the person.

  • Do I need any equipment?

A mat and a block, which can be supplied initially until you are ready to buy your own.
